The website, design, software, and storefront that StoreWalk operates remain StoreWalk's property. A shop does not buy the site. The shop licenses use of it month to month while the subscription is current.
Starter, Growth, and Pro are monthly or yearly licenses. Yearly is two months free. Each plan has a one-time setup fee. The setup fee is waived for the first 20 founding customers, who keep their launch price. There are no per-order fees. If a payment fails, the shop enters a 7-day grace period. After those 7 days without a successful payment, StoreWalk automatically suspends the public storefront. A successful payment restores it.
The license does not include export of code, design, or data. StoreWalk does not offer a download of the site, the catalog, or the design files. There are no export or download endpoints.
Feature flags (basic 3D, bakery-style builder, custom branding, priority support) follow the plan on file. Plan limits also apply in the database.
